The housing fund system is a basic housing security system established in the context of the deepening of housing system reform, and it has a development history in China for more than ten years. To meet the requirements of fund management institution reform, integrated business information management system of housing fund realizes the centralized management of full jurisdiction over capital, business and data in the center, and also solves the serious problem of business dependence. Thanks to this system, the center can achieve the intensive management, and generate the scale effect by implementing a center-based centralized and unified managementThe integrated business information management system of housing fund treats the housing fund management center as its main body. This system can be applied at housing fund management centers of all levels of and is compatible with centralized management application software for relevant business banks. The system incorporates every link of housing fund management, including housing fund pre-application, sweeping, transfer, withdrawal, mothballing, payment, loan issuing, loan collecting, accounting audit, statement preparation, capital risk control, early warning, decision-making support, indicator assessment, external interface and so on.The system implements demand analysis and systematic analysis for relevant businesses of the housing fund based on object-oriented principle. J2EE technology is adopted to build a cross-platform system based on B/S structure. Following the design concept of MVC, the system is divided into clearly defined hierarchies with reduced coupling between system modules using mainstream framework technologies such as Structs and Spring. The presentation hierarchy is developed by JavaScript, ExtJs and AJAX to unify the appearance of the pages. AJAX is able to realize asynchronous processing of the pages and increase the response speed of the system, while enhancing the interactive performance of Web pages and enriching the functions of page manipulation on the browser. The business logic hierarchy consists of the component library of system operation, and the components can be configured to enable different applications of housing fund. The business logic hierarchy is responsible for data access and business application, including permission verification, authorization, component deployment, statement component, business logic component and so on. For database hierarchy, the database server stores massive volume of data information and data logics, and all the security and integrity control, data consistence, concurrent operations related to data are accomplished in the database hierarchy. The system administrators have all the permissions of system and data access, and they can establish and set up different access types, system data items of different levels, data record of users and access policies to control the access demands of different users to different data. User access permission is controlled by a role-based approach in which different types of access permission are assigned according to the specific modules.This system has already been successfully released at housing fund management center of Lijiang, and is still running stably at present. The system is a new-generation housing fund management system developed in compliance with government policies, standards and requirements with domestic leading performance.
