Design And Implementation Of Housing Fund Management System

This thesis is based on the requirement of systematization for business management ofthe housing provident fund center, and takes the objective condition of the system deployedenvironment of the housing provident fund center into full consideration, the housingprovident fund center in different environment will be able to effectively carry out thebusiness management and information management through the system. Each center can dealthe real-time business with our bank. The system implements the daily office automation andon-line process for the housing provident fund center, and let the housing provident fundcenter can view the information of the center and unit or individual clients and the bank morequickly, more intuitive understanding.This thesis, on the basis of theoretical knowledge of J2EE architecture and dataarchitecture, explains the role and advantages of them. The research and development processbased on the housing fund management system is the main line of the thesis to address thekey technologies.Firstly, based on the system use case by analyzing the system requirement, we confirmthree types of functional requirements. Secondly, through the summary design and detaileddesign of the system, the function of the system is divided into three modules, they are theinformation management module, the business management module and system managementmodule, and we design the system functional architecture based on function decomposition.Given full consideration to center in actual business management condition, at the same timeto adapt to the physical architecture designed for the deposit model and trust model, thesystem meets the different requirements of the housing fund centers’ system deployment.Combined with the technology of J2EE framework and the provident fund center businessprocess architecture, the logic architecture of the system is designed into a three-layer systemarchitecture: the data access layer, business logic layer and system presentation layer. In orderto improve the data’s stability, high efficiency and scalability, the data access layer is logicallydivided into basic data layer, business data layer and summarized data layer, which can makeit structured, clear logical, processed. With the J2EE enterprise architecture technology andthe enterprise application development tools, database model development and reporting tools,we implements the three layer architecture. By testing the function and security, the system is verified. Finally, I make the summary of the practice of this issue.At present, the system has been used in some housing provident fund center and ourbank. It solves the problem of decentralization, complex process, and approval delay, andprovides scientifically, standardly and computerized. It plays a positive role for the housingprovident fund center and the bank.
