Research And Analysis On The Fund Dispatching System

Since the reform and opening, the central has adopted a series of measures, including the development of the western region and counterpart to support poverty alleviation and development policies, to speed up the development of Xinjiang, these plays a big role in promoting the development of Xinjiang. In recent years, the counterpart to support Xinjiang project has become a new round in Xinjiang of the CPC central committee and the state council in the work of the significant deployment; it is the important measure to realize balanced development of the east in the central and western regions. But as the Xinjiang capital on a large scale, a wide range of input, a series of problems such as how to effectively regulatory capital, effective use of funds follows, so it is more important to implement unified management of funds allocation system which has the unified disbursement of Funds Center, the Intelligent network audit system and Comprehensive financial accounting system. Therefore, this paper on analyzing and designing of the industry aid Xinjiang project funds disbursed system is just the practice of the concept and sublimation.First, according to the measures of financial management that Taizhou on targeted aid Xinjiang Construction Corps Alar city, this paper analyzed the background of the counterpart to support Xinjiang project funds disbursed system, and discussed the significance and importance of the system, also defined the contents of this paper and my main job. After that, it carried out a demand analysis in detail based on the content of counterpart to support Xinjiang project financial management method, including business requirements, functional requirements and data needs. In business analysis, the paper analyzed the original business process, pointed out the problems existing in the traditional system, and presented a modified business process; In functional analysis, the paper defined the function of the system through the analysis of data flow analysis and data dictionary, and gave the system’s overall structure and function of each module structure, including appropriate management headquarters construction fund application, application for Xinjiang project funds management, Xinjiang project funds appropriated funds management, command, accounting treatment and system function module of data management, etc. In data analysis, the data what each function of the system need to deal with was analyzed, and the entity-relationship E-R diagrams and data table structure was established. Finally, at the end of this thesis, the research contents are summarized, the main work is expounded, and some shortages are pointed out, and the further work were also discussed.
