Housing provident fund system originated in Singapore,is an important part of the modern social security system.The basic content is according to the proportion of workers monthly salary to pay a portion of the funds,at the same time,the employer also provide matching funds as workers housing mandatory savings system,to solve the shortage of funds for construction workers housing problem.China's housing provident fund system began in 1991,after years of development has achieved a nationwide coverage,as of December 2015 the national housing provident fund deposit amounted to 4.1 trillion,the number of participants reached 123 million.Rapid growth of the provident fund business,around the provident fund management center related to management,audit has brought great challenges,the efficiency of the original manual management mode has been unable to cope with the increasing pressure of work,an urgent need to upgrade the model.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a housing provident fund loan management system based on modern network and information technology,which has the functions of application,inquiry,approval,loan issuance/recovery and archival storage management.The topic of this thesis comes from the information construction project of Hejin City Housing Accumulation Fund Management Center,and carries on the full investigation and research on the operation structure and function of the housing provident fund management system which is being used by many provident fund management centers all over the place and carries on its advantages and disadvantages.Based on the analysis and summary of the housing provident fund management center in Hejin City,the actual work needs for the housing provident fund management center in Hejin City,designed based on network information technology,functional and safe and stable provident fund loan management subsystem solutions and completed System implementation and testing.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)Based on Extjs technology,the design of the UI interface of the system is completed,which ensures the normal operation of all functions of the system indifferent kernel browsers while improving the efficiency of user interaction.(2)Sorting out the existing provident fund loan management workflow,and in the design of the provident fund loan management system will run through the entire business process in the software system.(3)To achieve the provident fund loan approval,management of information technology,network operation,and for the establishment of a reliable financial security system to achieve risk control provides technical support.Improve the efficiency and quality of provident fund management,and give full play to the social security system of the provident fund system.
