| The Linux is has Superiority just like maturely, stabely, opening security operating system, replace Windows. Allowing in for the informative security, the country advocated uses the Linux operating system. At present, it is most important to develop multilingual Linux operating system which has patnent right in Xinjiang local information construction.This article is written based on my participating in the study of the server version of Uyghur language Linux operating system development, mainly has worked below:1) Has done some research on system structure, the movement mechanism, the code standard, the input-output technology and the multi- languages processing mechanism of the Linux operating system server version, and have found breakthrough point of processing in Uyghur language.2) Has established the Uyghur language input method and realized automatically choosing the input shape of Uyghur letter.3) Has developed database, named Locale, of Uyghur language localization and have realized the Uyghur language localization of the Linux operating system server version.4) Has realized the graphical user interface.5) Has realized the Uyghur language supportation of Mail server, DC Server database server, Apache Web server, FTP server management interface.6) Has realized the installation process with entire Uyghur language. The server version of multilingual Linux operating system is foundational operating system plat form in the Xinjiang local information construction. It is of great significance and function in developing Xinjiang's economy, technology and society. |
