The Research And Application On Fictitious Reality Skill Used In Criminal Locale Recurring

With the rapid development of the computer skill, Informationization of the Public Securitydepartment is an important application of our national economic development and socialinformationization progress.National information-based projects of Public Security department,called GoldShield Project, is one of systematic construction projects of12pieces of importantbusiness of construction of E-government in our country. This project plays a very important roleon criminal detection and the construction of criminal litigation procedures standardization.The action of public security work mainly consists of administrative action and detectiveaction. The criminal case locale record, the material evidence acquisition and preservation, thesuspect confirming and eliminating in the detective action are all very important parts. For theneeds of these duties of better performance, especially when the case analyze, the demand for themodern information technology to using of Public Security department is more and more urgent.For example, a very important step in course of hand a case is that reconnoitered and recordedthe information of the spot scene. But the past method makes pictures recording or drawing canonly store two-dimension information. In order to keep and make on-the-spot information andrebuild in case of necessity, modernized policemen need the software that without the dead anglefrom all angles of on-the-spot result of reconstruction and the software should have roamingfunction. At the same time the material evidence sampling and restoring based on imagerendering has an important meaning of material evidence.This method still makes the materialevidence difficultly receives the damage from people. In addition, visualization suspect canhelp policemen judging their suppositions reasonable or not.Recently,there are fewer application of information technicalization in the public securitydetective action in our country, and the related software are inadequate. According to the currentsituation, this paper encircled the three-dimensional recurring of criminal case locale could berealized by using the method of fictitious reality skill, and presented a virtual rebuildingmethod based on IBR (Image Based Rendering), which associated with virtual reality andimage processing. And made emphases research on some key techniques of panorama imagecreation. The source, background, content, and aim of the subject are introduced at frist.The currentsituation and the method of the research for criminal case’s three-dimensional recurring at homeand abroad are discussed in succession,and the IBR（Image Based Rendering)skill are stressed inthis part.According to the practical needs of the public security, the splice and melangearithmetic of a new panoramic picture,the three-dimensional recurring of locale are achieved inthe aspect of virtual environment modeling.
