This article is on the transmission ring project of Jining City Proper designed and achieved by Jining CNC,involving such communication techniques as SDH and MSTP.With the application of RPR technique,it achieved shared bandwidth bearing data service.With the application of T2000 network element management system of HUAWEI Company,it achieved network element management on facilities.According to the project request ,some experiments have been carried on the whole system ,such as the demand analysis,project design,the sevices realization and work test, and a conclusion has been drawn. The demand analysis introduced the construction background of the project; the project design introduced station arrangement, system disposition, circuit organization and Timming Synchronous on the whole ring ; the services realization and working test introduced how to achieve the disposition of voice and data services on the whole ring and test the services.According to plans , this project uses OSN3500/7500 series equipment of HUAWEI company( MSTP transmission facility owning ASON Function) to construct two transmission rings of Jining City Proper.The network structure is an intersection , with two core points whose intersection points are 31station and 21 station. As a result,the flexible arrangement of interact-ring services will be achieved.ASON, as the next step direction of transferring technologies development,is introduced at this article at last.
