Fertilization is an important measure to increase the production of natural rubber. Implement the techonique of Accurate Application of Fertilization will help to improve the accurate degree of Fertilization guidance, Fertilization guidance unit area reduced from 100 square kilometers to square kilometer level, will further increase the capacity and efficiency of natural rubber in our country.The establishment of Techonique System of Bubber Accurate Application of Fertilization is based on soil fertility of plantation and the spatial variability of nutrient content of rubber leaves, We use GIS, GPS, RS, ES, and other related computer software, combine soil Diagnosis and leaves nutrient Diagnosis and other technologies, integrate to fertilization information system through ralated technologies. The system have the muti-functions to inquire the basic situation of plantation, spatially inquire and analyze of rubber nutrient and soil nutrient of plantation. And automatically make the fertilization decision. It is an automatic decision-making system of rubber fertilization and management and it has a meticulous, accurate, reliable, intuitive, scientific and easily sharing characteristic, it is an example of the application of the new and high technologies used in rubber production today.The thesis is finished with combining the project "Chinese rubber tree accurate application of fertilizer thetechnical system establishment and the application" of Rubber Research Institute of China Tropical Agricultural Sciences, the thesis has mainly introduced uses GIS, one of the 3S (GIS, GPS, and RS) technologies, unifies Web technologies to develop Rubber Precise Fertilization Information System baed on the WebGIS in Internet and it also has posed the program of designing and developing, and highlight the key technologies and related modules.
