This paper combines GPS technology and database technology and the GIS two technology,according to the agricultural technology management departments should guide farmers actual scientific fertilization,using visual programming language Visual Basci 6 and Mapobjects2.4,and the construction of application platform of county statistical partition fertilization model,the fertilization model consistent with the actual,effective solution to the scientific fertilization the problem.The study area is nine area of Jilin province Changchun City,establishment of soil nutrient database,topographic map and land use map,soil nutrient fertilization using the historical data of jiutai Area Interpolation form soil nutrient map,as well as the main crop nutrient demand data,the establishment of SMS platform fertilization decision expert system,the user can use mobile phone can send SMS or GSM SMS CAT,according to the format requirements users to send GPS data,crop plots the average yield of target information,after receiving the SMS platform can through the operation and optimization of system model of fertilization,fertilization for decision information for the user,the user guide of scientific fertilization.This system is effective to promote soil testing fertilization results,for farmers is very convenient,very helpful to solve the bottleneck problem of soil testing and fertilizer application of the last mile,to solve the technical problems of fertilization real-time decision making and communication,which has far-reaching significance to promote the acceleration of agricultural technology.This paper mainly carries on the following research.1.Using neural network for observation and calculation of sample data,weighted by the N and P2O5 and K2 O fertilizer,while the actual comparison on Maize Yield and fertilizer amount,establish soil fertilization model;finally,using the GSM SMS CAT and China Mobile mobile phone signal matched with the application software of fertilization decision,the fertilizer will be needed the amount of feedback in the form of text messages to mobile phone users.The results show that this neural network can be applied to the establishment of soil fertilization model,and it will get a good effect of fertilization.2.The use of statistical methods for partition partition instead of the establishment of statistical partition fertilization model,combined with the analysis of the effect of fertilization decision nine Taiwan area,test the scientific nature of the model and suitability,aims to provide a reliable method for decision making technology new crop fertilization decision,finally through SMS platform software will feedback to the farmers' fertilization results mobile phone.The results showed that the average fertilization rate of high,medium and low fertility was calculated based on the model of fertilization decision-making.3.The core model is a statistical model of fertilization(Statistical Division Fertilization Model,SDFM),which is the basis in a certain region of a perennial crop yield and soil nutrient were analyzed,a division of high,medium and low yields and soil nutrients and the interval.According to the relationship between crop yield and fertilizer application amount in this area,the average amount of N and P2O5 and K2 O in high,medium and low yield ranges were determined.The decision model without fertilization by soil nutrient determination of morphological effects,statistical partition fertilization model to avoid the parameter is difficult to determine the nutrient balance method in statistics,division of farmland fertility level application of regional crop production,according to the average value to determine the suitable amount of fertilizer,and the soil nutrient analysis of the same statistics,to determine the soil the suitable nutrient levels,according to the difference of the yield difference between soil nutrients and fertilization dosage adjustment of double.4.Through the comparison of the neural network and statistical subarea fertilization model,selecting statistical partition model as the only decision model is embedded into the author developed the formula fertilization by soil testing platform,through calculation,identification,etc.,by using GSM SMS cat,to achieve self trend of farmers decision reply sms.5.Using the Microsoft Access attribute database was established by fertilization decision system,ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS Engine to establish GIS distribution map of soil nutrients,and the spatial database established by vector layers,this study combined with the data that is needed,and seamless.
