The traditional and extensive and unscientific fertilization methods made the agricultural soil properties deteriorate and the agricultural ecological environment was deteriorating. By measuring technology of formula fertilization by soil nutrient contents were determined, the calculation of crop fertilizer requirements and achieved fertilization, not only re duced the crops when the phenomenon of excessive fertilization, soil fertilizer residual volume reduction, reduced the damage of excessive fertilization on soil properties, improving the ecological environment, so as to improve crop quality, also reduced the cost of agricultural production, increased production, achieved economic, ecological and social benefits of the unity. In improving work efficiency and coverage of formula fertilization by soil testing technology, information technology is an important technical means. The application of information technology greatly improves the work efficiency, improve the fertilization technology coverage is to continuously improve the important means of fertilization level. And the wide application of information te chnology, especially fertilization system would improve overall agricultural production in the extensive scientific fertilization mode, greatly improve the quantification of fertilizer in the agricultural production and the accurate degree, agricultural cultivated from extensive to intensive, precise direction, that information technology would be used in measuring technology of formula fertilization by soil was beneficial attempt in the village of agricultural information.The establishment of Ning’an City measuring system of formula fertilization by soil solved the difficult problems of the fertilization work in the attribute data comprehensive management and the spread and popularization of the recipes and improved the precision fertilization level and efficiency of agricultural production, accelerated traditional agriculture to modern agriculture excessive, had great practical significance and broad application prospect in promoting the progress of land nutrient management technology.The visual programming language C# and GIS software based on the ArcGIS Server, Ning’an city as the research object, measuring system based on the country of formula fertilization by soil was designed, the main contents are as follows:(1) Analysis and treatment of soil nutrient dataWhen the data of the soil nutrients was obtained, some things was needed to do as followed: the basic data was needed to make a simple processing and then determined the collected data whether it met the requirements. If the data was met the need it should be retaining. On the contrary, if the data was not met the need it should be eliminated. The test to determine the content was included outliers detection and trend analysis, the spatial auto correlation and the detection of the direction effect. All kinds of soil nutrient spatial distribution map generated based on the Kriging interpolation technology.(2)The database of the formulated fertilization system was establishedBefore building the database of the formula fertilization system, the database was needed to be analyzed to determine the relationship between the entities and entities in the database. The data of the formula fertilization system could be divided into two categories: spatial data and auxiliary data. The construction method of geographic spatial database was constructed according to the rules of geographic spatial data model. The geographic spatial database realized the precise management of soil nutrient data, and the data of the system could be explained further. UML model based on third party Case tools to construct the project data. The formula based on the UML model of corn, soybean and wheat were produced.(3)To establish the model of soil testing and formula fertilizationBased on "3414" experiment scheme, we got the required data by simulation test. Analysis of the test data and the study of soil nutrient fertilization model determined the system fertilization model was based on the nutrient balance method to build, and then used statistical analysis software SPSS to obtain the model parameters, and further improved the model.(4)Develop and integration of Soil testing and Formula Fertilization System of Ning’an countyBy using Arc GIS Server as the development platform and using C# and Java Script web design languages as development languages, the development and application of these development platform and language made Ning’an fertilization system more reasonable, more smoothly. Syste m used scientific method making fertilization scheme, with soil nutrient and soil fertility evaluation, distribution of soil, fertilization scheme of query, promote the generalization of the system of formula fertilization by soil testing, would improve th e popularity of fertilization technology and would promote the test of formula fertilization by soil work sharing.
