Development of Concurrent Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing Technology (AMT) needs transferring from Single PC to Network of CAD System. In this paper, we analyse the structure of File Management System in Condition of CAD Network. Then we give an implement of the system based on C/S. The prospect of the system in the future was predicted.
