The definition of the NGN in ITU Recommendation Y.NGN-overview in February 2004, "Next Generation Network (NGN): a packet-based network able to provide telecommunication services and able to make use of multiple broadband, QoS-enabled transport technologies and in which service-related functions are independent from underlying transport-related technologies. It offers unrestricted access by users to different service providers. It supports generalized mobility which will allow consistent and ubiquitous provision of services to users. " with the development and deployment of NGN, The Service-Driven will have a far-reaching impact in the traditional telecom network.Comparing with the SCP (Service Control Point) in Intelligent Network),the SLEE (Service Logic Execution Environment) in NGN ,it has more difference than similar in the design and deployment. As the key of NGN, the design and implementation of SLEE is a very important research field.This thesis focuses on discussing the design and implementation of control node of the Service Platform. The control node is SLEE in the Service Platform. After the analysis of the requirements, we decide to separate the control node to two sub node: Service control sub node and instance control sub node which is depended by their distributed character .By using the ACE and Spring framework, the stability is greatly improved and the difficulty is decreased .At the same time, function testing cases and pressure testing cases are also used to make sure the reliability and usability of the control node.
