Design And Applied Research Of E2 System Of Web-course In Higher Education

The model of web-course is promoted in higher education as the development of science and technology and the spread of internet. However, the effect of the model of web-course is not satisfing, for the reason of which is the lacking of efficent and effective management system. The topic of the paper is to discuss E2 system of web-course in higher education, which would do good and help for the administration in web-course system.Based on the discussion of current situation of development of web-course, the paper analyzed the meaning of exploring new management system of web-course that could enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of web-course. The newly explored system would help learners change the original deficient study methods to a new method that could improve learners'ability to finish study tasks and that could help succeed in net-teaching activities and that could promote the innovation on the administration model of web-course in higher education. Guided by the theories of Distance Education and Performance Management, by discussing the current situation of course management, the paper brought forward the plot of planning a management system called E2 management system of web-course, on the basis of which the whole system is divided into three parts: individual E2 management modular, teaching management modular and system management modular whose functions and procedures were discussed respectively. The paper explored and designed a series of tools for E2 management system, specified the use and the procedure of the tools and exemplification which could be refered for right use of the tools.The paper not only did research on how to use E2 management system of web-course to promote the efficiency and the effectiveness, but also discussed the following questions: how to utilize the E2 system to organize and administrate teaching activities and how to administrate the E2 system.
