Satellite communication in the era of interconnection has a very strong service delivery capability in today's society.The emergence of the 5G era and the explosive growth of communication applications have placed more elaborate requirements on the resource management of satellite communication systems.How to improve the service capabilities of satellites on the basis of existing resources is a key issue in the current resource management of satellite communication systems.The main advantage of cognitive radio technology lies in the ability to dynamically manage and refine the use of spectrum resources.The related advantages and mature solutions of this technology are combined with the relevant characteristics of satellite communications to improve the resource management capabilities of satellite communication systems.The effectiveness evaluation method has the advantages of evaluating system status and optimizing system parameters.Introducing it into the satellite communication system can improve the resource management scheme and optimize performance.Therefore,it is of great research significance to carry out resource management and effectiveness evaluation of satellite communication systems.On the basis of constructing the background of cognitive satellites orbits,the thesis focuses on the methods of using on-board spectrum sensing scheme and on-board spectrum allocation to improve the utilization of satellite resources and the evaluation method of cognitive satellites' effectiveness.The main research contents and innovations of this article are as follows:(1)A multi-satellite joint spectrum sensing algorithm based on dynamic double threshold is proposed to solve the problems of low efficiency of spectrum sensing in cognitive satellite communication systems and the inability of traditional spectrum sensing to be applied to dynamic satellite systems.The scheme mainly uses an optimized cognitive satellite noise model,simulates different noise changes according to the satellite's operating trajectory,and combines the cognitive satellite's transmission characteristics and operating characteristics to construct a cognitive satellite's dual-threshold sensing scheme.Simulation studies the influence of noise uncertainty,the number of sampling points and the number of satellites on the performance of the proposed algorithm.The research results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the detection probability in cognitive satellite communication systems,and can be adjusted for different environmental parameters to meet the business needs of cognitive satellite communication systems.(2)A multi-satellite spectrum allocation algorithm based on graph theory coloring is proposed.It solves the problem that the traditional spectrum allocation algorithm does not consider the characteristics of satellite orbit and topological time-varying,which leads to the low efficiency of satellite allocation.The scheme mainly adopts the distribution idea of graph theory coloring,models the running track of the satellite communication system,and performs graph theory coloring of idle spectrum according to the topological graphs of the near-point model and the far-point model.Simulation studies the performance of the distributed greedy algorithm and distributed fairness algorithm compared with the proposed algorithm.The results show that the proposed algorithm can significantly improve the network efficiency compared with the traditional algorithm under the operating environment of the cognitive satellite communication system.Good fairness.(3)A performance evaluation algorithm for cognitive satellites based on environmental fuzzy factors is proposed.It solves the pain points and difficulties of the traditional efficiency evaluation algorithm in the multi-index and multi-environment of the cognitive satellite communication system,which cannot accurately evaluate the efficiency.The scheme adopts an additional construction of the environmental parameter system of the cognitive satellite,and combines the index system and the environmental system in the cognitive satellite to evaluate the effectiveness.The simulation studies the performance evaluation performance of the cognitive satellite communication system under different environments and different business parameters.The simulation results show that the algorithm can dynamically apply the corresponding environmental blur factors for the current environment and business,so that the simulation can obtain different Cognitive effectiveness can meet the needs of the effectiveness evaluation of satellites with complex parameters.
