With more and more extensive application of the computer and network technology, Networked Manufacturing has already become the certain development trend of mechanical manufacturing industry. Being the kernel and the most basic and bottom equipment, CNC system has become the important tache of Network Manufacturing. The trend of development puts forward higher demand to network function of CNC, in order to improve the ability of information interchange and data disposal. Through providing the digital teleservice system for CNC over Internet using technology of WEB, we can organize CNC devices that in different regions,locale device operators,technical support engineers of equipment manufacturing enterprises and experts in this field through web and provide means of remote maintaining or failure diagnosis for the CNC system. This dissertation develops with this background.Firstly, the concept and the character of the networked manufacturing is introduced, then based on analyzing the function demands of the networked CNC for networked manufacturing environment, the structure and the function model of the remote management and monitoring system of CNC based on WEB are brought forward. Secondly, the system platform is built, including the configuration of the embedded web server and the migration and cuts of the embedded browser. Thirdly, according to the interrelated theory of the remote monitoring technology, the paper provides the design and the implementation of the remote monitoring system of CNC based on WEB with the RCS communication tool. Finally, this paper provides the realization of the remote management of CNC based on WEB, including the remote management of the configure system of CNC and the file transmission. The former realizes the remote configuration of CNC's parameters, and the latter realizes two manners of file transmission, one is uploading file to CNC at the management's platform, the other is downloading file from the LTCNC's service center at the CNC's platform.
