With the concepts of "Made in China 2025" and "German Industry 4.0" put forward,at present,the direction of manufacturing industry from mechanization toward digitalization and intelligent industrial upgrading has become the trend and trend,and one of the preconditions for realizing intelligent manufacturing is to realize Equipment and equipment group interoperability and workshop site network.Therefore,research on the remote monitoring technology of equipment and equipment group is very important for upgrading the equipment interconnection level and boosting the industrial upgrading.This project designs a set of remote monitoring system for real-time monitoring of equipment and equipment groups scattered in many places.It can view the working conditions and video images of remote equipment in different places and alarm the faults and dangers.Firstly,the functional requirements analysis of the remote monitoring system is proposed,and the overall scheme design of the remote monitoring system is put forward.According to the flow of information and the characteristics of the system itself,the system is divided into the field of information collection,information preprocessing,information transmission and information synthesis Analyze the four levels.Field information is collected by PLC,sensor and web camera,and then classified,compressed,removed singular items and other preprocessing.After workshop site is composed of wireless and wired network LAN and the Internet for transmission,the information is displayed on the remote server,Storage,alarm and other comprehensive analysis and processing.Secondly,the non-video information collected at the scene is divided into working condition information and operation data according to the update frequency.The former adopts a passive acquisition method,that is,it only collects and transmits when the operator actively changes,and the latter generates a large amount of data.The first-order difference method is used to eliminate the singularity caused by external interference,and then it is compressed by the BS-PLOT algorithm.Using the corresponding mathematical model in MATLAB to verify the effectiveness of the proposed optimization algorithm,which can save network bandwidth and improve system stability.Then the remote monitoring of information transmission is divided into two parts of the remote information transmission of the local area network and the Internet.For the LAN part,the PLC and the webcam are wired based on the TCP/IP protocol,and other hard-to-wire information is collected using the WISE module to complete the wireless networking in the In-frastructure Mode according to the IEEE 802.11 b/g standard for the on-site complex environment.And the wireless access point coverage area is susceptible to the characteristics of the use of multi-AP mode,that is to ensure that each WISE module has at least two wireless AP coverage.At the same time,the impact of delay and packet loss on the system is studied in the process of network transmission.For the transmission of video information,an adaptive algorithm based on streaming media quality is proposed to improve the video surveillance display effect.The simulation results show that the algorithm has an obvious optimization effect.Finally forging machine tool,for example,the remote monitoring system of device and equipment group developed by WebAccess configuration software,the system has two modes of configuration and operation,the main functions include user authorization,human-computer interaction(by the welcome interface,login interface,Monitoring interface,historical information interface to achieve),video monitoring,alarm planning and scheduling and SQL database with the completion of the information stored and read.After testing the system-related functions,the remote monitoring system developed in this paper can achieve the corresponding design and planning and complete the monitoring tasks.
