Study On Remote NC Machining Networked Manufacturing Information System

Remote NC machining networked manufacturing information system is a networked apply system which breaks through the restrict of time and space with the net plat to finish NC machining manufacturing. It mainly aims to the middle or small NC machining enterprises. In this thesis, focus is on the theory of establishing the system, and a prototype system for die production is build.Firstly,virtual enterprises modeling is studied .Using UML and diagram, we introduce important parts of process modeling, that is static structure, dynamic structure and system structure modeling, study the method of modeling dynamic from business , requirement, analyzed, design to realized. Using UML, we study the system model from three parts, that is structure system, function system and information mutual.Secondly, using mathematical model, a collaboration enterprise searching algorithm based on features and production ability constrains is presented. We cite the classification of features and a two fold matching model. Considering factors affecting enterprises, we use the estimation calculate to find the potential collaboration enterprise. Then, objects function matrix is introduced to search the collaboration enterprises secondly with the four factors. With the finally numeration, the most suitable collaboration enterprise is found out.Finally, running setting and software used in the system is introduced, the examples of the system are described and part run interfaces are displayed.This research can contribute to both the rapid establishment of virtual enterprises and the manufacturing mode, theoretically and practically.
