In recent years, the coal mine security problem has become the major issue to influence coal industry production, maintains the coal mine tocontinue, the health development down to the influence socialstability, this proposed to the coal mine security scientific research work a higher request, needs further to study the prevention of coal mine disaster and the control technology.This article first has carried on the detailed introduction to the coal mine gas disaster early warning system technical present situation and the prospects for development, then proposed the plan of using new sensors, the Radio Frequency transmission and the GPRS(General Packet Radio Service) transmission data. This plan including the gathering data sensor group(gas, CO, dust, temperature, wind direction wind speed and so on), realizes correspondence between the substation and the central station by using the Radio Frequency technology, transmission data from central station to administrative center through GPRS network and so on. Discussed the gas, the CO sensors data acquisition and the processing way, A/D convert, filter and two kind of transmission modes design with emphasis.Whether in the coal mine gas disaster early warning system appears the dangerous most direct method is each kind of data target which gathers according to the sensor judges, therefore sensor data accurate then directly influence system reliability. This article spends the great length to introduce selected sensor model, principle of work, each kind of performance parameter, actual electric circuit application and its data processing way,∑-△ADC and digital filter.Because the mine pit generally has long-distance with the administrative center, therefore the administrative center must process the data which receive from sensors in the mine pit through the reliable data transmission way. This transmission system divides into two parts: First is selects the wireless radio frequency technology to the substation nearby centralstation to carry on the substation data transfer collects and carrieson processing, then will transmit the data through the short message send (SMS) way to the administrative personnel cellphone and computer in the administrative center through GPRS for saving or data analysis in the future. Therefore this article also in detail introduced the radio frequency transmission realization method and the GPRS network agreement and the transmission modes.After completes the theoretical design, manufactured and has purchased the related electric circuit board, the full use existing condition has carried on the simulation experiment, and has carried on theanalysis and the confirmation to the simulation experiment result, thesimulation experiment result indicated, the system design roughly satisfied the anticipated specification.Although this topic research has yielded the result above, but, automatic monitor warning system of the damp disaster which requests with the actual project in still remaining in the certain disparity, based on aspects the manpower, physical resource reason and so on, this equipment prototype has not made yet, namely the corresponding following work will continue further from then on.
