Research On The Data Warehouse Of Revenue And Its Model Of Tax-Evaluation Based On C4.5 Data Mining Algorithms

Data warehouse and data mining technologies have been paid increasing attention since 1990s', and they are mainly applied in the fields of business, telecom and bank. But, in the field of revenue, they are at the beginning of being searched and experimented. During this paper, we first introduce the background of warehouse building in the field of revenue and the status of information for tax at present. Take the project of The Tax surveillance and data dealing analysis system of Shandong province state Taxation Bureau as example, we talk about the rules, goals and architecture of warehouse building, we also introduce the design of logical model ,physical model and ETL method particularly.Base the warehouse of Shandong province state Taxation Bureau, we bring forward the idea of model for Tax-Evaluation which based C4.5 Algorithm, and particularly introduce the process of the model building. This model is based on the C4.5 Algorithm, by changing the method of numerical value and many times repeat, the model get the method to have the rate of revenue bear .We also test the model through some instances. At last, during the explaining of the rules of the model, we talk about the new methods for testing the rate of revenue bear as follows: one is by checked swatches, another is by the ameliorated C4.5 Algorithm, and we test the methods through an example.
