Data Warehouse Model Design And Data Analysis For Cost Control

Cost analysis in the domestic pharmaceutical enterprises, especially traditional pharmaceutical state-owned enterprises, mostly calculate the cost accounting index. As the enterprise's business development and expansion, simple cost accounting analysis results already cannot meet the cost control demands. Financial personnel only considered the fact of materials, combustion, power and the consumption before, while now considering not only the tradition cost factor but also such non-production cost index like environmental protection, management and coordination as the enterprises consume the cost of resources more. It's directly result in that the cost data in the database explosively grow and cost control and decision become harder.According to the work situation and demand of HZ pharmaceutical enterprise's cost analysis, establish the cost control data warehouse base on multi-dimension model and use this model to set up the cost control evaluation system.Specifically, this paper mainly discussed the following research:(1) According to the problem of cost data explosively growth and data maintain difficulty, establish a solution of cost control data warehouse for data integration. Use different ETL strategies for different data sources, Integrate data to cost control data warehouse.(2) According to the problem of decreased ability of enterprise cost analysis, do a research on theme-dimensions of cost control data warehouse facing pharmaceutical enterprises, and establish the cost control evaluation system by research result. Implement the design of framework, logic and physical storage of cost control data warehouse for pharmaceutical enterprises. At the same time, design the data interface of cost control data warehouse for OLAP system.(3) According to the problem of difficulty of cost decision-making, the cost decision data marts generated by cost control data warehouse help the enterprise administrators and cost analysis staffs multi-dimension cost analysis through cost decision data, and give the analysis process.(4) For the kind of cost data can not be identified, using data analysis method based on the theory of rough sets to complete cost data analysis, and provide a case analysis.Practice has proven that the paper obtained the results well meet the practical need of the enterprise's cost analysis.
