Therefore, in the last few years, the data warehouse technique has been developed very quickly, and has been applied to all kinds of business. The decision support system is the computer application system, which helps policymakers to make half-structure, or non-structure decisions through data, model and knowledge. It is the advanced information management system that provides a powerful method for problem analysis, model construction, and decision simulation. It utilizes all infonnation sources and analysis tools to achieve a much better decision. The data warehouse is the foundation of the decision support system, which is the key point for users to process complicated interviews, reports and decisions, and to analyze and express the data warehouse.Accompanied with the quick development of the construction of tax information system, information system is playing an important role in the tax work. All kinds of application systems, aiming at the enhancement of the tax law enforcement and the taxpayer supervision, have been put into practice. At the same time, lots of business data have been accumulated. It is a tough task to pick up the valuable information from the variable data for further decision analysis, because of the data comes from different data base which have different structure and storage style. The existing OLTP system provides over-simplified query and analysis function, and non-friendly user interface, which makes it difficult for users to pursue the right result. The development of data warehouse, data mining and decision support provides technical support for resolving this problem. Currently the national tax system is performing research on the data warehouse, including some cases of tax data warehouse. However, it is generally utilized on tax collection and management, which focuses mainly on the data query, data browsing and reports.
