It has many advantages such as economical, reliable, practical, safe, flexible and reusable. Chemical emulation system is an essential means of analyzing, designing, testing, assessing in the chemical production process, whose application has extremely important meanings for improving production efficiency and guaranteeing safety in production, and the reusable, expansibility and visual of chemical emulation system has been hot spot of the chemical emulation field all the time.The major work of this paper is the research and development to the chemical emulation system, including building the three dimensional model, designing and realizing the drives of model, building the mathematics model of the chemical craft and realizing, realizing the network communication between the model emulation subsystem of the craft and vision simulation subsystem, realizing systematic staff training function of emulation. This system makes the produce furniture of a kind of highly dangerous chemicals as the research object, it bad been designed and developed by combining the method of Orient-Object and the virtual reality technology. This system is divided into two subsystems: Chemical vision simulation subsystem and chemical craft model emulation subsystem. The system uses Client/Server as the mode of frame designing and carries the protocol of TCP/IP as the mode of communication. The chemical visual simulation subsystem which is the client is carried on showing the three-dimension effect of the chemical production procedure, the model subsystem of the chemical craft which is the server is carried on offering data supporter and evaluating operators.The characteristic of this system is combination of the calculation result, three-dimension visual scene and operating evaluate, it has changed the training function of chemical emulation with single system in the past, joined the showing function of three-dimension. It has far-reaching meanings of simulation training and the virtual test.
