With the wide use of embedded system, it becomes a popularity to connect the embedded devices to Internet. And it is the most natural and practical choice to control and monitor embedded devices remotely using Web Technology. The supervisory system based on Embedded Web Technology is the new developing direction for realizing net controlled at industry field. The study of Embedded Web Technology has wide application foreground, which changes the system framework of former supervisory system and satisfy the request of expansibility and distribution for modern supervisory system.Aiming at the need of applying network and information technology for remote supervisory of high-voltage electron-static precipitating system, according to the needs and the characteristics of the remote supervisory system, gives the structure of remote supervisory system based on Embedded Web, put forward the theory and the realizing method of remote supervisory system based on Embedded Web. Two aspects are mainly included in the design: Embedded Web Server; Configuration supervisory Interface on client side.In the design of Embedded Web Server, the module RCM2250 of high-voltage electron-static precipitating controller is adopted as hardware, which has a 1 OBase-T Ethernet interface to support Ethernet communication. About Software we adopt Configuration of Web Sever, CGI interface design, Socket communication mode and so on.In the design of Configuration supervisory Interface on client side, the idea of configuration is adopted, according to the number of devices and the count of spots, configures supervisory interface by ActiveX control designed with Visual Basic and Microsoft company's FrontPage. The supervisory Interface is composed of communication module, data store module, display module and script module.Considering the limitation of the Embedded system resource and the facility of the client software updating, CGI is adopted on server side and ActiveX is used on client. The system has the characters of credibility, facility and extension.The experiment results show that the system reaches the requests, and the remote host can supervise the devices, the design and the method of the project is feasible. |
