The Operation Maintenance Platform Of IT

IT Service Manage (ITSM) is the essential product of the advanced development of IT, with the purpose of improving the IT service level and the supporting ability.This article is builded in the research of the theory of the IT Service management. Through understanding the development of the ITSM, we know the differences between China and the World. Some kinds of the international standards of ITSM are researched. Then the ITIL (Information TechnologyInfrastructure Library) which is the best practice standard in the ITSM is emphasis researched. According to its ten standard processes and a necessary management function in the ITIL, and the international experiences in ITSM, we developed a ITSM system that is suit for Chinese enterprises. We applied our theory research to practice, and builded a ITSM software system by the project of the UNICON. According to the business process of the UNICON we study five primary fuction process. Now the ITSM system is achieved 6 function modules, such as help desk, configuration management, work row watch, organization management, statistics analysis and system maintenance. We hope by this project we can proved the progress of the ITSM in China, and fastened the IT software industry development and the IT service management level in our country.
