Fuel cell, as a energy conservation and environmental protection power source,are token seriously by the field of EV that inside and outside the country.FCE(Fuel Cell Engine) system is become the main content of the development and research on FCEV. FCE is the name of fuel cell stacks and the auxiliary system.The capability of FCE's control system has decided the long-term stability travel that the fuel cell can whether or not.The paper takes zinc-air fuel cell as the researching object. For improving the reliability of control system , S3C2410 processor with ARM9 kernel as the controller chip have adopted. The configuration of S3C2410 development board makes the Linux system porting become possibility.The paper has analyzed the structure of Embedded-Linux kernel ,realized the porting of Linux2.6 kernel and root file system CRAMFS(compressed ROM file system),built the development environment of embedded system.In addition,the paper adopts CAN (Controller Area Network) transfor information, therefore,it extends the CAN interface for the S3C2410 development board and programs the CAN controller driver in Linux system.Zinc-air fuel cell is a kind of cell that longtime usage and high power capacity,its fuel can be supplied automatically.Because the FCE that consist of zinc-air fuel cell is a MIMO, non-liner complex controlling object, it is difficult to establish a unified,accurate mathematic model .The paper divides the FCE into many subsystems, research them respectively. For air suppy subsystem, electrolyte liquid level subsystem and get rid of passivation subsystem, the paper adopts fuzzy control algorithm to build fuzzy controller and uses MATLAB simulink to establish the models for the former two subsystems. A first step study has been done on the capability of the models.The result that the paper has got is satisfying.
