Automobile industry chain is a dynamic model which takes automobile manufacturers as the core, and is formed by upstream suppliers, downstream vendors and after-sales service, takes the purpose of maximizing the overall interests. Auto parts which flows most frequently is a essential material on this chain. The level of auto parts has a direct impact on the cost of product and after-sales service, meanwhile, the competitiveness of automobile industry chain is also influenced. The traditional auto parts management pattern is not only complicated to operate, but also unable to understand the relationship between supply and demand of the whole industry chain in real time, thus increase the delay time of auto parts flow, lower the post-sale service quality of manufacturing industry. The successful implementation of the ASP automobile industry chain cooperation platform, a new solution for auto parts management is put forward, which is building an auto parts management system based on third-party platform, it not only greatly reduces the expenditure which enterprises spend on information, but also realizes the cooperation between the supplier, the auto manufacturer and service business.Main content and form of after-sale service parts management of modern automobile are studied; Relations between post-sale service auto parts shipment management system and the automobile industry chain cooperation platform are analyzed; Through the investigation of the middle and small scale automobile enterprises, the business flow of auto parts shipment management is learned; A solution of automobile industry chain cooperation-oriented auto parts management shipment system is put forward and the system function modules are described in detail; The two-echelon inventory control model is established based on the inventory theory, the automatic control of allocation quantity of auto parts to two-echelon central warehouse and safety inventory quantity of two-echelon central warehouse is realized; Finally, Automobile industry chain-based and the auto parts shipment management system of B/S mode are designed, related technologies of system design and development are researched, including unit test technology, ajax technology and reporting service technology. Moreover, the research content is summarized, disadvantages and future prospect are put forward.
