Profiting from the development of the computer network and multimedia technique. The Network Train Driving Simulating System developed a new field of network education.First of all, the thesis discusses the background, meaning and research content of the task. Subsequently, it puts forward the functional design of the system and discusses the method of the realization and feasibility of the method.For the second, based on introducing the software framework and functional module of both teacher terminal and student terminal, the thesis analyzes the realization of the partial function of Network Teaching. During it, the reliable foundation of links that transmitts the basic communication data and the design of communication method are discussed deeply. On the ground of these, the realization of the teacher terminal monitoring any student terminal's operation information and the Network monitoring are mentioned. In addition, the thesis refers to how to realize the transmission of one terminal to multi-terminal by multi-casting technique and the realization of grouping talks. During the process of analyzing the realization of the function, the crucial technique such as the Windows Network Communication technology and IP multi-casting technology etc. is introduced firstly, and then the application of the crucial technique in the realization of the function is expounded.At the end of the thesis, how to realize the video monitoring is discussed deeply, It includes capturing and showing the video image according to the Windows graph and image programming knowledge, accomplishing the image transmission according to TCP/IP Network transmission protocol and Socket programming principle, compressing and decompressing the video data according to JPEG coding method, ensuring the monitoring interface refreshed with no error according to multi-thread synchronization technique. Besides, the thesis analyzes the time delay of video communication in Network.
