By establishing the mathematic model to proceed with the modeling analysis of complicated systems in actual application is a commonly used basic method in current complicated system research. For improving the dynamic quality of the arc-sensor moving welding robot system and improving the control accuracy, various mathematic modeling and simulating methods appear, which provide significative direction for the system designing,optimization and control. But because of the complicacy of the system construction and many influencing factors, it is rather difficult to establish the model. At present the mechanism research is limited to the level of scattered and qualitative analysis, and the research method is too simple and the research scope is too limited.In order to improve the research and application status quo of the arc-sensor moving welding robot fundamentally, we must get rid of the abuses of traditional modeling and simulating methods, take the arc-sensor moving welding robot system as a whole, and establish the model of the whole, go deep into studying the mechanism in the arc-sensor welding robot system by which the part's individual microcosmic behavior of the system influence the whole's macroscopic behavioral of the system. The modeling of the whole arc-sensor moving welding robot system is a difficult work that relates to lots of problems. The modularized modeling method adopted in this text is a valid method to resolve the related problem.Based on the self developed arc-sensor moving welding robot system, this text aims to put forward a method that can proceed with the whole mathematic description of the system, by simulating to study the influence law of each influence factor to the main parameters of the system, thus to provide theory for developing arc-sensor moving welding robot system of higher accuracy.The main contents of this text includes:(1)Establish each part's Matlab/ Simulink simulating model of the arc-sensor moving welding robot system, and proceed the primary analysis of each part's main influence factors.(2)Matlab/ Simulink simulating models are established for several basic signal...
