Based on the formerly network, the system realizes the function of network video via monitoring, by cooperating with video collection, video compression and network transmission technique.To meet the requirements of the safety-defense for the bank network, it is urgent to plan or update the monitor system of postal savings. For Baicheng postal savings, the monitor system is still falling behind the criteria of the Police Ministry and the People Bank of China. Therefore, much work should be done to improve the current situation. The network of Baicheng postal savings runs well now, and we can utilize it to design a advanced and economical video monitor system.With the development of computer network, video monitor system has become into network monitor system from the simulation monitoring at beginning, and then digital monitoring. Embed HD video camera take us into digital monitoring from simulation monitoring, and make it possible to save the video data into HD. Thus we can easily access the data. The network provides the platform for the remote transferring of video monitoring data, and make remote monitor and remote alarm possible.Concerning the economy of the system, the investment of the monitor network of Baicheng postal savings is less and the benefit will become higher. For the reasonable structure of the network of Baicheng postal savings, the monitor system needs no investment on the network construction. We can utilize current network to meet the requirement of network monitor, and this will have no effect to the transfer speed of current postal operation. The cameras and the transfer cable of current network will be used directly, and this will save a lot of money. As to the software, we can use the free client software provided by the manufacturer of HD cameras. The safeguards can install the software into the office computers to monitor remote areas.The system designed in this thesis is very advanced in the current postal system of China. It is the first time to use the current postal network to monitor. In the design scheme, to meet the requirement of the company, we use current equipments to realize the network monitor system. This scheme saves a lot of money for the company, and brings the company benefit indirectly, and that will certain do good to the development of Baicheng post service. While we put the system into practice, we find that the monitor system can be used in other occasions besides postal savings; and meanwhile, the related sections of Baicheng postal office appreciate the system for the convenience they bring.The benefits caused by the system can be found in the following aspects.First, the conflicts between the operators and the depositors can be controlled efficiently. The safe sense of them is enhanced. In the banks of deposit, there are no dead angles of the monitor system, it can catch each action of each person and record it. It ensures that depositors can do their business without worrying safety. The playback of the video and audio can help to settle the possible conflicts between the operators and the depositors, and it also enhanced the reputation of the company.The system enhanced the Baicheng postal office's controlling ability for the ventures. With the clear video monitor system, the real-time monitoring can make it impossible for the economic crimes of inner staff.Meanwhile, the clear and long-period video data can provide firm evidences for possible cases.The director can directly watch the operation status of each bank of deposit through the remote monitor system.
