Network Video Monitoring System Of Hanzhong Postal Saving

Video Monitoring System is a part of secure guard system, VMS is a integrated system of more strong powerful protecting. The DVR system based on PC which rose in last century end has been eliminated gradually by the market, become complexity of system compose and inconvenient for maintenance. in the near years, with rapid development of computer,network,image processing and transmitting technology, digital and network have been become the direction of video monitoring technology, high integration and high stability of embedding system.This paper has designed the embedding network video monitoring system which depend on H.264 standard, after analyzing requirement of Hanzhong post saving earnestly. The system embodies centrally high compressing ratio for image processing and better network adaptability of H.264 standard.In this article the author has designed completely hardware constitute,software structure and data flow of the system, elaborated completely code compressing technology, designed control strategy of code flow, multi-line program of Linux.This design has been realized successfully in network video monitoring system of Hanzhong post saving. The paper described completely network platform building of realizing process, pattern of hardware network constitute, parameter installing of video sever and use of monitoring software.
