A Mechanism Research On Information Resources Sharing In Construction Of Electronic School Initiatives

In the course of electronic school initiatives construction, we have made a lot of application systems, but many aspects can't fit our ideas, especially information resources can't be shared. In fact, it leads not to realize the target of the construction of electronic school initiatives. Because of self characteristics of high school, there are many differences in the course of construction of electronic school initiatives and the realization of information resources sharing. So it is necessary to make mechanism of information resources sharing fitting self applications of high school for sharing information resources.This dissertation sets about information resources sharing, analyzes the current situation of its study ,and looks for supporting theories of information resources sharing realization by the analyzation of developing foundation and subject of information resources sharing ,emphasizes information resources sharing not only including functional society shares based on the contents ,but also the establishing of sharing model . It needs to build a basic platform on the technology realization and the environment construction in order to realize the sharing and co-operation between different systems. Combining the characteristics of construction of current electronic school initiatives, the author analyzes the application state of information resources sharing, the need of information resources sharing and the target of information resources construction. Based on the summary of electronic school initiatives construction modes, by inquiring into the problem of information resources sharing mechanism, the author emphasizes the viewpoint that information resources sharing is not only technology problem, but also a complicated problem involving management, service and technology. For these problems ,the author makes a summary of current electronic school initiatives applications and construction , and divides the construction of electronic school initiatives into different modes. Then some deep researches are done on the system building of management and organization, establishment of information standard, mode of technology realization , construction of service mechanism and the encouragement mechanism of information resources supporting.
