The rapid developments of high technology make higher production efficiency, shorter product lifecycle, and more severe market competition. Plentiful products come into market, which means that a lot of used-products need to be disposed of. The recovery of products has great impact on management decisions of enterprises, environmental protection and effective utilization of resources. The processing of used-products usually are performed in 4 ways: reuse, recycle, remanufacturing and disposal. But regardless of the processing way, the first problem needs to solve must be the network programming, it is the foundation where the product recycling can carry on. Next, how to choose the most economical product from a lot of used-products to carry on the recycling retreatment is also a important question .Under the above background, this thesis utilizes many kinds of discipline theory and method, such as optimization theory, operation research ,computer simulation and so on. Following the theory and practical experience of specialists, we research the network construction, the operation process and the strategy selection about the used-product .This thesis achieves the following results:1. Introduceing the significance of this topic, the domestic and foreignresearch present situation. Explainning the concept ,the reason and the basic operation process of reverse logistics.2. Programming model of logistics networkFirstly, we research a generic network design for a closed-loop supply chain to return goods during guarantee period, on the basis of the minimum principle of the entreprise cost ,we propose an MILP mathimatical model about the number of facilities, their locations and the allocation of the corresponding goods flow. Then solve the problem using Benders method. Secondly, a stochastic programming model for logistics network is put forward, in which quantity of recycled products in each consuming area is assumed to be random parameter. The respective crisp equivalences of constraints are obtained, and the model is therefore converted into an ordinary programming model, at last a example is given.3. Expanding the deterministic model1Giving further analysis about the locations and the allocation of dismantling facilities through the economies of scale, and carrying on the simulation with LINGO. Finally introducing the application of Analytic Hierarvhy Process in this reserch. 4. Strategy selection about the used-productA Vector Hybrid Programming modle about products which has no remanufacturing value is put forward.Through the quantitative analysis, The strategy about how to choose the best product from the multitudinous candidate is given.
