The environmental damage and waste of resources caused by improper disposal ofwaste household appliances have aroused widespread concern from all walks of life. Chinahas adopted relevant subsidies and other incentives to promote the development ofrecycling of waste household appliances industry. Everyone is concerned about recyclingof the big household appliances such as air-conditioners washing machines refrigeratorstelevisions and computers, but ignoring amazing waste of the small household appliances.In fact, there are more small appliances and the quality is good and bad, the life is shortand easy eliminated, so the difficulty of recycling is much higher than the large one.Therefore, the recycling of discarded small household appliances also cannot be ignored.Disassembling and recycling of small one like cooker, microwave, tape records, DVD, ricecooker, soybean milk and so on are still blank.Therefore, on the basis of comprehensive domestic and foreign related research, thispaper discussed the disassembling and recycling process of microwave oven based on Petrinets.The main contents of the paper are as follows:Firstly, the recycling of waste household appliances in china are analyzed, includingthe reuse of the second-hand market, investigating the reuse of waste household appliancesin the area of Suzhou several larger second-hand markets, putting forward the keyproblems faced by recycling of waste household in chain, which leads to the problem to bestudied in this paper. Then survey the China’s microwave oven market and understand thecurrent recycling of waste microwave oven situation in China.Secondly, the disassembly and recycling process of microwave are studied. We studythe structure of the microwave and get the general disassembly process. Because of theparticularity of the waste microwave, we established the decision-making model based on Fuzzy Petri net, using the reasoning algorithm to make the best decision-making plan inorder to work out recycling process of the waste microwave and indicate the process byPetri net.Thirdly, in order to optimize disassembly sequence, the product disassembly model bythe specific Petri net which has been extended to eight tuples is established, and thencalculate the DPM, then draw the DPN according to the DPM. Then the productdisassembly sequence based on the analysis of the invariant is established. Then discussthe calculation method of disassembly time and cost and choose the optimal disassemblysequence based on the least time or minimum cost. Estimate the recycling value,calculating respectively recycling vale under three different recycling strategies.Finally, take Galanz WD800ASL-4type microwave oven as an example. Analyze thestructure and material composition of the microwave oven and find out the topologicalrelations between parts. Then get the final decision that is disassembling products to obtainthe high value parts by using relevant principle of Fuzzy Petri net. Then set up the DPNmodel of the microwave, then disassembly the microwave oven to obtain each step time.Then calculate the transition time according to the each step time so we can find out theleast time disassembly sequence. In general, we express the disassembly and recyclingprocess clearly with Petri net and calculate the maximum benefits after the process.
