| The third-party reverse logistics service is a new industry model with the development of reverse logistics industry.In view of its short development time and the high degree of uncertainty of reverse logistics,most of the third-party reverse logistics service providers have encountered many problems in the actual operation process of the company.The management of materials is a very prominent problem.How to provide materials efficiently,cheaply,timely and appropriately has become a very important concern and improvement point in the production and operation of the company.Especially,the third-party reverse logistics service providers whose main business is electronic product maintenance,its materials are characterized by diverse and complex varieties,relatively small number of single products,large value differences,rapid replacement and high uncertainty of material requirements,which makes the procurement management very difficult,and its requirements for proper and timely supply of materials are more stringent.This thesis takes the material management of VZ Company,a third-party reverse logistics service provider of electronics maintenance,as the starting point.Based on the ABC classification and Kraljic matrix,a three-dimensional material classification system is actually constructed in combination with VZ company:material value dimension,supply risks dimension and dismantled risk dimension.According to each category of materials,the basic purchasing and disassembling strategies are established to adapt to the characteristics of each category.The next,on the basis of material classification,the purchase and disassembly management of VZ company are also studied.For the company’s supplementary material channels,there are external procurement,internal disassembly and simultaneous supplementation through these two methods.Then the method of building an optimization model is used to study the material procurement and disassembly decisions.Heuristic methods are used to determine the quantity of material purchase and disassembly.In addition,the improved model introduced in the procurement risk dimension index to build procurement difficulty coefficient as a measure of their degree of difficulty sourcing different materials to enhance the applicability of the model.Finally,the actual data of VZ company is used to verify,and the cost of the two models is compared with the cost of the original purchase and disassembly rules of the company.The results show that the two models have better effect and significant effect on the operation performance of the company. |
