Economy Run GIS Design Base On WebGIS

Along with the development of society, how to father a country or an area useing scientific means becomes first question for the manager. So, hence the speed of information namely "digital city" has become certain choice. "Digital city" is a banausic city's reappearance and reflection on information and web spatial. GIS is the base platform of city spatial information, on this platform just can reach to understand the all function of "digital city". A city's economic circulate relate to all-sided of society and most information relate to geography location. So it has strong demand on geography information and graphics view technology.WebGIS is a computer information system, which can store, manipulate, analyze, display and use geographic information in Internet/Intranet environment. It pays a great attention to how to deliver electric maps through Internet, which means that the user can manipulate a map interactively in browser/server environment, and need not to install any GIS soft in the client side.It is necessary that change the spatial storage from file system to database. The storage method of spatial data is also a hotspot of WEBGIS researching. We research how to construct a spatial data model on Oracle Spatial (Database), and then construct our Object-oriented spatial data model. We provide a WEBGIS system which is introduced the technology of J2EE and Oracle Spatial data storage; the user can use it with vector spatial data.Object-Oriented spatial data mode storage and manage constructare the points and innovations for this paper. The building of spatial database is a very cockamamie process. Different from traditional database application the spatial database need to comprehend more complicated data type. Such as point, line, polygon and so on. Meanwhile compare to operate simple data type these data type operation is more complicated. So it's need new technology to deal with the spatial data. In this system we will divide the data base designation into two parts. One is attribute data the other is spatial data. According to logical and physics database to design the attribute data.The system has important significance for project's design, analyse, forecast, scientific evaluate and decision-making. And it has extensive application foreground.
