Today,businesses solve process problems more and more difficult with the changing demands of users and the sheer scale of system.In such an environment,a variety of problems in the design of business processes become a time-consuming and inefficient process.So,business process management as a new management pattern has been widely applied to all aspects of the operation of enterprises.Business process management include the design and implementation of process,the establishment and analysis of model and the execution of program and a series of techniques and methods.The data flow and control flow are two important components of the business process,and the relationship between the two has an important role in binding the structure and the behavior of the model.In the design of the model,a variety of problems in the design of the business process model can't meet the requirements of consistency and rationality.Therefore,the problem we need to solve is to detect the consistency of business process model.To solve this problem,the existing consistency checking methods focus on control flow.Even if other considerations are taken into account,the control flow is the primary consideration.But for the same model,it is consistent to consider only the control flow,while considering the data may lead to inconsistent.Therefore,in practice it is very practical to establish the business process model from control flow and data flow,and the rationality of the model should be considered from the following two aspects.In this paper,we combine the two aspects,and on the basis of the nature of the behavior profile and the relevant knowledge of the closeness to analyze the consistency of the business process model.To establish the process model by using the configuration method can achieve the purpose of reuse design model.A configurable business process provides a method of modeling the variability of a reference model based on specific requirements.It can be configured according to the special or different requirements of users,so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing and simplifying the process design.This paper is based on the characteristics of the configuration transitions to meet the requirements of configuration optimization analysis.The existing researches seldom consider the constraint of configuration information on business process.In this paper,we use partial log to establish the source model,calculate the closeness between the residual log and the source model,and introduce the configuration transitions to optimize the business process model based on partial log.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Aiming at the consistency analysis problem which Petri net model of business process under the constraint of data information.In this paper,the method of using the knowledge of closeness is proposed.During the running of the business process,the data flow will change with the change of the transitions,which adds the diversification and uncertainty to analyze process running and results.Therefore,it is very important to analyze the process model under the constraint of data information.In the first place,the theory of knowledge based behavior profile and the example of hotel reservation system process is used.And then,the amalgamation net is established by combining data flow net and control flow net.At last,the consistency degree of process model is calculated by the knowledge of closeness.(2)In this paper,a method of optimization analysis is presented by using the knowledge of behavioral closeness and introducing the configurable transition.First of all,the initial model is established according to the number of a given event log and the execution sequence.And then,the closeness of initial model and the residual log is used to optimize the initial model.And last,configurable transitions were introduced to further optimize the model.This approach breaks the limitations of existing business process optimization analysis by adding configuration information to optimize process.
