With the development of computer , network and information technology,educational informationaization is inevitable. As the value of education,examination is leaping to cadre and netwok.The computerized test system can shorten the circle of exam workflow,lessen the repeating work of teachers,and improve the efficiency.The intelligent paper forming function it supports can improve the quality of test papers and increase the objectivity of test.At the same time,the web-based test can be taken at any time and any place.The form of test becomes more flexible and free. It has important theory and practical significance to study the direction that examination system based on Web technology has become one of the important applications of internet.On-line examination system designed in paper accomplishes the systematism,standardization and automatization of information administration and the flow of examination in army,and it improves the work efficiency of department in charg of examination.The system is based on B/S-three-tier model and it provides good security in the fashion of three-tier registering pattern including administrator,teacher and student.The administrator is responsible for the system maintenance and can do manipulation with the system such as adding or deleting content in the test question database and carrying on the registration of the examinee .Teacher is responsible for managing test question database,producing test papers,evaluating test integratedly and so on. Student can use the test system to do test and query grade.The system includes 5 subsystems:test question management subsystem,paper forming subsystem,on-line test subsystem,grade subsystem,leader approval subsystem,and grade query subsystem.Among them,the function of the test question management subsystem is adding,deleting and modifying the resources of the test questions database.Paperforming subsystem includes paper forming and paper browse.The user can form papers either by hand or by algorithm intelligently.To form paper by hand means to choose the test questions which meet the requirement of the test to form a test paper.The user can search the test questions either by type or by key words,and the system is able to save many pieces of papers,which the user can look through all the contents by hyperlink and choose one as an examination paper.On-line test may organize the student to carry on the test.Examination paper is the production of the paper forming.The examination has time restriction,and the system will display the surplus time dynamically on the screen, when time is over,the paper will be submitted automatically. During the process of the examination,the student's status and answer will be saved into the database,so that when accident happens,the examination will resume according to the database information.For the objective questions,the system will compare the students'answers to the standard answers,and give the score of every student automatically.After all the scores are given,the system will gather the scores and put them into the database.The leader approval subsystem is checking the examiniation paper formed by the teacher and permitting to use those whice is conformed to stipulation.The function of the grade query subsystem is querying the scores of the student themselves.I mainly studies the method of intelligent generating exam-paper.It transforms generating exam-paper into computing the answer of more targets.This paper presents a new method of genetic algorithm based on the thought of "Two Dimension Integral Array" to solve the problem of intelligent generating exam-paper by genetic algorithm.The algorithm improves on the operator of crossover and mutation and the efficiency of.forming paper.The Genetic Algorithm is a new kind of whole optimization algorithm,and it uses the biologic genetics's point of view to raise the individul's adaptability by the natural selection,heredity,mutation.At first,the paper introduces the present situation of research on thedomestic and foreign on-line examination from two aspects of technology and function separately,and analyzes the background,the meaning and the main contents of the research on the system.Based on the contrast of the mode and the quantity between the traditional examination and the on-line examination,it puts forward the urgency,the necessity and the feasibility of developing the system by virtue of the technique of the artificial intelligence,the calculator,the correspondence of the network and the database.Furthermore,it proceeds to the analysis of the process and the design of the essentials for the logical construct of the system.Then the paper introduces some interrelated technologies,running environment,the server configuration and database operation of the system,the means to accomplish the functions for the management of test questions,test paper,examination,achievement,achievement query,etc.Other crucial technical taches are also analysed and discussed.In order to improve the performance of the system,it follows the thought of the mold and moldule and describes the process and the main technique in the layer of the module in details. Finally,it proceeds to discuss and research on the main technique and the further job in future.
