The Design And Implement Of Inventory System In JLU-Enterprise Asset Management

EAM is the abbreviation of Enterprise Asset Management. EAM is a solution for asset intensive enterprises, focusing on the management of protecting, maintaining and monitoring fixed assets. It is divided into equipment management subsystem, work order management subsystem, preventive maintenance management subsystem, standard job plan management subsystem, purchase management subsystem, inventory management subsystem, resource management subsystem, financial management interface subsystem and workflow management subsystem, all the subsystems integrated organically by transmission of controlling messages and processing business threads.JLU-EAM system is based on B/S structure, which has typical three-layers architecture, Microsoft SQL Sever2000 Database, Weblogic8.1 from BEA company as interspace appliance service layer ,custom layer uses browser. This three-layers architecture is a fashional software architecture currently, it uses Browser/Server, provides consolidate interface, separates represent logic and business logic from data access logic, which reduces the coupling of components, strength the system's extendable ability.The Inventory subsystem is an important module in JLU-EAM. With"prevent maintenance","workorder","purchase","equipment"modules and the"company"application in"resource"module, they hold a dynamic relation. The management of Inventory is an important constitute of maintaining every institution working. The JLU-EAM Inventory module can trace materiel needed in maintenance, make the items that be about to work have most usability, and reduce the inventory balance that don't use and conveyance cost .The Inventory subsystem is composed of inventory control module, provide and transfer module, assembly structure module and asset directory setting module.The inventory control module can trace item or let the item shiftin or shiftout from inventory, or let the item transfer from one place to another .Inventory module also provides labels to trace item supplier, item balance,rotate equipment,the equipment that uses item,inventory transaction processing and item that needs for replace or standby in the bin of different depository. The Inventory Control module includes item list, depository, reorder information, transaction processing, rotate equipment, use where, technique criterion and correlation document. The item list label can input,display and update every item's info, also can input or examine item that can be standby or interchangeable. The depository label can input or examine all positions which can store item, also can acquire the info of item balance and provide history. The reorder label can input or examine reorder's info particularly, such as item's reorder point,period in advance and grant unit, it also can input or examine one or more supplier's info and provide every supplier's manufacturer and model's info. The use where label lists all the equipment which let the item as subassembly or spare part. The rotate equipment label can mark and trace turnover asset-interchangeable equipment can use unique item number to mark. The transaction processinglabel can display the transaction processing in JLU-EAM. The technique criterion label can input or examine the item's technique criterion in asset directory. The correlation document label can set up the links of JLU-EAM with the document on network or DMS on web, once the links to be set up, can examine,modify and print JLU-EAM's document.The Provide and Transfer module can provide the item to workorder directly or provide by ledger, it let the item and workorder associate or independence with workorder.
