Since the beginning of "using information technology to promote industrialization" development strategy, Enterprise Information has developed rapidly along with the economic construction. Meanwhile, enterprises are facing greater pressure and challenges. On one hand, to those changeful business processes, they must make the fastest response to adapt the new demand; on the other hand, to those existed heterogeneous systems, they need to consider how to reuse their functions and data resources in greatest extent, with less input, faster speed and better quality to develop new applications. SOA appears on the scene based on above. As the maturing of Web Services, more and more enterprises are beginning to build their own SOA Enterprise Application Systems, in order to solve problems they faced, and have made certain achievements. In the paper, focused on the current status of information technology and development features of domestic enterprises, we propose a development framework for Enterprise Application System based on SOA, which simply named EESOA, that's ESB-based Enterprise Service Oriented Architecture. This framework is built on J2EE, and has better expansibility. The paper first introduces some basic concepts of SOA and several key technologies of Web Services, meanwhile introduces Enterprise Service Bus. Then analyzes the problems existed in domestic enterprises on the information technology, and proposes an overall design framework and functional descriptions on the basis of above analysis. Later, separately expatiates on the design and implementation of three different roles, which are service requestor, service provider and service registry. Moreover, security mechanisms for service (authentication, authorization, encryption / decryption) are given in detail. The paper also gives a detail description of EESOA's communication infrastructure--Service Bus's different functional modules. Finally, summarized the full work of paper, and described the forecast to SOA.
