With the development of modern science and technology and development of modern industrial production, higher requests are put forward to the on-line monitoring system of running equipments. The monitoring task and object becomes more and more complicated, and the requests for higher speed and accuracy.The virtual instrument technology as a perfect combination of the instrumental technology and computer technology makes a wonderful scheme for testing engineers. The virtual instrument technology is combined with the computer hardware resource, sensor equipments and software which is used for data analysising, process communication, graphic interface, engineers can easily design a VI system which meets special testing requests with the characteristics such as modularization, open and agility . The engineers can easily make the function of data analyzing, data processing and data storing of computers come ture.The analysis object is the hydraulic mold oscillation servo cylinder in this paper. The virtual Instrument System on Remote Monitoring of Hydraulic Oscillation is developed by LabVIEW. The papers object matter as following:(1) The papers developing a network structure for the virtual Instrument System on remote monitoring based on Ethernet. The significant signals such as the hydraulic mold oscillation cylinder's pressure and displacement are monitored by this monitoring system. The special signal is on-line analysis processed at the same time.(2) Based on C/S mode, users are able to control the system at any place and get the test result copy easily with DataSocket(DS). The application of DataSocket makes the auto test system a real remote virtual instrument.(3) By used the ActiveX, the Access database is visited and controlled by the LabVIEW Platform,and made the monitoring system having the database management function.(4) Based on the study of wavelet analysis theory, the paper suggests two signal de-noising methods according to stochastic noise: maximum de-noising method and threshold de-noising method. Then the paper analyzed the algorithm of two methods and analyzed its simulink result. Experiment shows that de-noising based on wavelet can get satisfactory result.According to the experiment in laboratory and the application in locale,it proved that this system has good It has well expandability and well stability. The system can be extend to Apply to the industry scene.
