Coal Industry EB Model That Takes B2B2B As Leading Model And Design Of Applied System

This thesis is the study mainly about the solution for E-Business in Chinese coal industry. Commencing from the emergence and development of E-Business in other industries, the author investigated and analyzed the present condition of coal market in China, compared the difference between traditional coal business (TCB) and coal E-Business (CEB), and concluded that it is feasible to develop coal E-Business in China. Having considered the situation in China and the present condition of coal industry, and having analyzes three popular e-business models B2B, B2C, C2C, which are applied in today' s business practice, the author proves that none of the three models can be adopted with the situation of China today. So, it is very urgent to find a new suitable CEB mode. The author did it and that is B2B2B model. This model is a combined one that has integrated 2 B2B modes. Comparing with B2B, B2C and C2C, B2B2B has obvious advantages those three do not have in such factors as material flow, capital flow, information flow, security, and trade estimate, especially in resolving the problem of delivery and payment appropriately. Finally, based on all the analysis and argumentation, the author established a B2B2B mode that can be used in practice.In conclusion, B2B2B model mentioned in this article is a new and effective way to solve troubles in E-Business. It will be adoptable in the situation of China and in the present condition of coal industry and coal market.
