At present, information technology has been widely applied to various fields, and itsadvantages are gradually. Therefore, In order to improve to promote the competition ability ofthe enterprise, more and more fields start to promote informatization, including CoalEnterprise. But the informationization of coal enterprise management is not high, and usingthe traditional manual mode to manage enterprise marketing information, which can not meetthe needs of Coal Enterprise. In this context, it is increasingly important to develop a CoalTransportation and Marketing Management System.The paper first analyzes the application status of the existing management system of coalenterprises and the existing problems, then System’s requirements is sure based on excellentexperience, including feasibility analysis, functional requirements analysis and non-functionalrequirements analysis. Based on the requirements analysis, the function modules of thesystem are designed in detail by flowchart, and then to ensure that the system has highreliability, the safety design of the system. At the end of This paper introduce theimplemention of the coal transportation and marketing management system.This system is designed and realized based on J2EE platform, and use SQL Server2008database to store the data. In order to simplify the complexity of system development, thesystem introduced the SSH framework, the combination has laid the foundation for the systemimplementation. System to achieve the final after rigorous testing, the testing results showthat the system achieved the design goals.
