With the increasingly vigorous competition of market and the development of communication technology, especially the popularity of Internet technology, the ways that the customers receive the information of products become various. The enterprises are making use of the internet to carry on the product publicity and mold the brand image. Therefore, the customers can receive a great deal of information of the various products every day.An enterprise aims to grasp the market trends and improve its profit. How to make a correct and timely decision is an important problem to a manager. After collecting and analyzing marketing message, the decision-makers can make scientific decisions for next production and operation. The aided-decision-making information, such as sale trends and production demand trends, is given from multi-angle analysis based on the basic data include several information modules of sales and customers.Under the past business pattern, the manufacture enterprise is a relatively independent and close operating entity. Few enterprises realize ERP, but it is limited in the back-end management and control of interior resources. The lack of an effective front-end interaction platform causes the disjoint of information flow, value flow and material flow inside and outside the enterprise, and makes the enterprise information island. Therefore, enterprise should update the market idea: combining the customer-centered business field and the primary interior field; constructing the new informationization centered on the customer and based on the ERP and the Internet; integrating the resources inside and outside the enterprise; and join the front and back ends closely. Then the enterprise systems can realize the entirely integrating of customer information, market flow, decision-making and common information communication. It can facilitate the market management of the enterprise to win the longtime advantage in the new economy age.After the study of the information-based market process and status of national fiberglass enterprises, this paper shows the problems existed in the enterprise and proposes the solved methods. It analyzes and plans the market management system suitable for domestic enterprises from the views of market and technology. System security and data sharing are also involved in the end.Through the Web-based architecture and uniform user interface, the market systems can access and query database. The contents of operation involve application, operating and management.After the implement of the project, it can realize the real-time reflection of enterprise status, the sales management of machines and fittings, and intelligent feedbacks and suggestions. It supports database management and data analysis of e-business platform, and provides multiple query and statistics function. It will improve the achievement of sales, develop the market channels, build durable customer system, improve the responsiveness of enterprise, and receive better effects.
