Studying Of CPP OA System

With the quick development of world economy, competition between enterprises becomes more and more severe. With the price of steel and other raw material going up ,it makes the profits of China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau (CPP) which focused on pipeline construction project getting little and little. How to keep the advanced situation in the competitive domestic and the international market is chief issue for the development of CPP . Developing CPP OA system by using information technology can improve work efficiency and save official cost, and it is efficiency way to improve the capability of competition and to accelerate the developing of CPP.This paper first gives brief introduction of OA system , studies the production and development of OA system , analyses the importance and the development trends of OA system , and then carry on research to the OA system's technology such as software system structure of OA , workflow system and so on.Then on the base of these correlative theories and technologies , this paper analyses ,designs and realizes the CPP(China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau) OA system in detail.Finally, this paper summarizes the whole process of building CPP OA system ,and looks forward to the development of OA system .This paper regards realization of CPP OA system as the background . It has certain theoretic and realistic meanings on research work carried on as analyzing, designing and realizing OA system on base of Browser/Server and workflow technology , and it also has the same reference meanings to other enterprise in building OA system .
