Grid computing is a new generation Internet and a new kind of information infrastructure. It will be the third information technology revolution after Internet and WWW. Many countries are researching into Grid by making an big investment around the world. It can be said that the research and application of Grid just begin. Many theories about Grid are coming into being and some ofthem are immature. Especially, there are lack of theories and technologies aboutresource management of Grid .In this thesis, the research target is the Grid resource management and organization. After summarizing and analyzing the Grid development, Grid architecture and resource management, we comprehend that resource information searching and job scheduling of Grid resource management are global operation.There are two main resource management models, hierarchical model supported by Globus and economy/market model supported by Nimrod/G. The characteristic shared by the two models is that all resources are treated wholly, which is called a "resource pool". There is no organization, difference or division among resources. Resource access and information searching operate globally. The Grid developing trend and application demand demonstrate that Grid application will break away from the science computing and high-performance computing, and develop into the commercial application. The commercial application spans large-scale area with huge quantity of resources and large communication; Territorial access are far more than global access; It is loose-couple among resources. Therefore the global operation has many disadvantages in commercial application. Around the world many scientists and experts are studying on this issue. Having analyzed a lot of excellent achievements, we bring forward an effective solution method, including resource organization and management. This main idea of this method is to set up a resource organization mechanism, and divide "resource pool" into many resource domains, which can be realized on current computer systems. Thus the resource scheduling over Grid "diameter" will be decreased. At last with new Grid technique we construct a simulation, which is based on web service technology and adopt some modified GT modules and WSRF specifications. The simulation has showed that this solution method is feasible.
