Design And Application Of VOD System In Distance Teaching

In this article, combining with characteristic of remote instruction in the basic of analyzing remote education theory, technical background and application actuality of VOD system, VOD system appropriately integrated with remote instruction system. VOD system offered application platform in consist of courseware collection-compilation,video order programme, courseware memory and so on for remote synchronization (asynchronism) instruction. This platform had very intensive interaction between teacher and students. During the discussion, combining with differences between scale and mode of remote instruction, VOD order programme applied project for general schools was introduced considering actual application. This project supports a number of applied projects such as VOD project that could be visited by Internet and LAN at same time, VOD systemic application and so on. VOD system all has excellent exhibition in different environment of remote instruction.VOD order programme (living broadcast) system introduced in this article had determinately practicability and referenced value on design and applied project of remote instruction. As the development of computer technology and communication technology, designing and exploiting remote instruction system with intelligent and intensive interaction will become certainly current.
