The Application Of Rule Engine In Telecom Operator' Settle And Apportion System And Business Rule Management Technology

In this paper, the main purpose is to design and develop an applied and low-cost Business Rule Management System(BRMS),the research on BRMS is summarized. The frame of BRMS is discussed. Rule engine, the key technology of BRMS, including definition and function, frame and discursion, arithmetic is discussed in detail.Based on deeply analysis and research on overseas BRMS products, fully study the settle and apportion business of telecom operator, the Telecom Operator'Settle& Apportion System is designed and developed. This product is provided with all necessary functions of other BRMS products, and besides, to increasing its practicability, user can use Chinese nature language to define business rule in this system and use the Business Rule Template Technology to define rule expediently. In order to improve the performance of the system, some technology is used.
