| With development of computer network and information technology, information economy becomes new power of driving world economy increasing. The improvement of information technology makes a pact upon industry sector profoundly, and industry sector updating and developing endlessly makes information system produce transform relevantly.However, traditional management system can't keep pace with movement more and more, the changing of market and the polymorphism of clients decide policies and business logics changing frequently, it is necessary to make the business logics separate from programme codes, composing of independent lay of business rule. According independence of business rule, the employees mend the business rules by user interface directly,not depending on professional IT technology engineers devilishly, and the programme need to be changed rarely, even not changed to adapt to industry sector requirments,which make system maintain very easy. Based on real business rules of system, the paper advances a kind of model about approval component application for business rule, and used in PowerHR.The work contents and results of paper are listed:1. Researching business rules developing, analyzing the reasons of traditional information system hard to keep pace on the market changing, advancing research of information system based on business rule.2. Analyzing theory of business rule and rule engine, rete pattern match algorithm briefly, and researching java business rule API and work mechanism.3. Based on PowerHR requirements, designing antetype model by UML, researching the main function modules, receiving main entity class diagrams, attaining system database.4. Describing the application used in PowerHR: Analyzing application environment, discussing application model in detail, building business rule library, mending rule processing and matching Algorithm, advancing design of approval component model based on givien business rules, and used in PowerHR system in mass. |
