Along with the development of power system dispatching technology, power system dispatching demands more, faster, and more accurate information of primary power system, the development of communications technology can be a strongly base for transmission of such infomation.This dissertation simply introduces EMS/SCADA system and its basic function and architecture through HeNan EMS interconnection project, it focuses on practical discussion and development of data acquisition module of SCADA/EMS system, introduces manufacturing message specification (MMS), field device model, inter-control center communications portal(ICCP), analysis TASE.2 portal's characteristic in comparison with traditional telecontrol portal. It expatiate network communications methods based TASE.2 portal and measure on safety and reliability in SCADA/EMS system, and introduces popularization and development foreground of TASE.2 portal in real-time information communications in HeNan power system based on former discussion. |
