Design And Implementation Of Student Information Management System In De Zhou Vocational And Technical College

With the Dezhou Career Technical College school level rising, the rapid increase in the number of students, and students related data has increased dramatically. The traditional management mode of an increase in the mass of information has been exposed more and more disadvantages, such as asymmetric information, data redundancy is serious, the query efficiency is low. In order to solve these drawbacks and in order to enhance the management level of the whole school, improve work efficiency, better for students to provide high quality, comprehensive, detailed and personalized service, the school decided to design and development of a student information management system.This paper of Dezhou vocational and technical college student management work demand for detailed analysis, to determine the system’s functional and non functional two aspects of demand, by use case diagram, activity diagram and sequence diagram, the functional requirements of the system do the detailed analysis to determine the participants in the system, and system function in detail. Through the analysis of non functional requirements, determine the design of hardware architecture, software architecture and security architecture. And the functional and non functional requirements analysis and system architecture design as the basis, the further use of the class diagram and database diagram, the detailed design of function modules and database. In order to meet the non functional demands of the system, the system and the user interface are designed in detail, targeted to complex functions and typical module realization method is given in detail. Finally, the system test method and the typical test case are determined by the business analysis of the student information management system, and the final test of the whole system is finished.Dezhou Career Technical College student information management system in the campus network (Campus network) platform, using Servlet and JSP technology to develop a set of information management system. The according to the requirement of Dezhou vocational and technical college students management business by B/S structure, to achieve the functions of student information management, students’ comprehensive evaluation information management, management of student achievement, student employment information management. The system to solve a series of problems under the Dezhou vocational and technical college students management work in the presence of asymmetric information, efficiency and data redundancy, by means of information identified solutions, so as to enhance the level of Dezhou vocational and technical college student management and reduce the waste of resources and time.
